Job summary

Cool Breeze Heating & Air Conditioning in Reno, NV seeks an experienced HVAC Service Technician to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential and light commercial systems, perform seasonal maintenance, and communicate clearly with customers.

The role requires EPA certification, a HS diploma, and a valid driver’s license. We offer base pay with commission, health insurance, a 401(k), PTO, and ongoing training to grow with the team.

What You’ll Do:

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of HVAC service experience
• EPA certification required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically able to lift up to 50-75 lbs and work in tight spaces when needed
