This full-time, hourly role focuses on general maintenance, apartment prep, and renovations to keep residents comfortable and properties well-maintained. You'll work weekends and on-call as needed, delivering reliable, friendly service, coordinating with residents and the team, and supporting property upkeep and timely task completion.
