A well-established manufacturer of industrial process cooling systems is seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our Southport, Indiana-based service team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial HVAC or refrigeration, with the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and support a wide range of mechanical systems both remotely and on-site.

What you will be doing:

• Diagnose and repair industrial process heating and cooling systems
• Provide remote and in-person technical support
• Recommend and process parts orders for service needs
• Maintain accurate service records and customer interactions
• Travel up to 20% nationwide; occasional international trips possible

What you will need:

• 2+ years of commercial HVAC or refrigeration experience
• Knowledge of chillers, cooling towers, temperature control units, and VFDs
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
