Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of residential HVAC systems.
• Provide clear and professional communication with clients about system issues and solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
• Ensure tools and equipment are maintained in excellent working condition.
• Stay up-to-date on latest industry best practices and technologies.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and certification programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC field experience.
• Valid EPA 608 certification.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Punctual, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
