Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years’ Service Technician experience required.
• Audi Service Technician experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and complete technical training.

Responsibilities

• Receive next repair or service job from dispatcher, advisor, team leader or electronic technician terminal.
• Perform diagnosis and report back to management with work required and authorization.
• Review vehicle history and factory bulletins, noting campaigns and required actions.
• Make notes on repairs and parts, document on paper or technician terminal.
• After authorization, obtain parts and complete authorized repairs.
• Test drive when required and return vehicle to original condition, clean and ready for delivery.
