Qualifications

• Hyundai certifications or strong Hyundai background preferred.
• Strong diagnostic abilities and product knowledge.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs according to dealership standards.
• Diagnose vehicle concerns using diagnostic equipment, scan tools, and service information systems.
• Inspect, test, and repair automotive systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, suspension, electrical systems, HVAC systems, and drivability concerns.
• Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
• Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct road tests to verify concerns and confirm completed repairs.
• Communicate findings and repair recommendations to Service Advisors.
• Assist in providing accurate estimates for additional repairs and maintenance services.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards established by the dealership.
• Follow all safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and professional.
• Participate in factory training and dealership training programs.
