Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification preferred.
• Experience in a service, maintenance, repair, or field support role preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or technical systems depending on the role.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to read manuals, schematics, work orders, or technical documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment and materials as needed, within applicable safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and adjustments on assigned equipment or systems.
• Respond to service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Diagnose issues accurately and determine appropriate corrective actions.
• Document service activities, parts used, and completed work according to company procedures.
• Communicate clearly with customers, team members, and supervisors regarding service status and recommendations.
• Follow safety guidelines, company policies, and quality standards at all times.
• Maintain tools, supplies, and service vehicles or work areas in good condition.
• Assist with installations, upgrades, and equipment setup as needed.
• Support preventive maintenance programs to help reduce downtime and improve reliability.
• Identify opportunities to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
