Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order efficiently and in accordance with dealership policies
• Test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment; drive test vehicles
• Oversee team to ensure all repairs are understood and executed correctly
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so customers are informed about any additional needed service, and complete the online multi‑point inspection report
