Job summary

ATLETICA is a fast-growing fitness brand with a Corona, CA warehouse. We seek a hands-on technician to assemble, test, and inspect strength equipment, diagnose and repair returned units, and occasionally visit customers on-site when repairs are needed. Most work occurs at the warehouse.

Based in or near Corona, CA, you will manage spare parts, support warranty replacements, and assist the customer service team with technical guidance, photos, and videos. This is a full-time, on-site role.

Qualifications

• Hands-on mechanical experience such as technician, mechanic, assembler, or similar.
• Confident with power tools and reading assembly drawings.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Spanish is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license for occasional customer visits.
• Able to lift 50 lbs regularly and team-lift heavier equipment; forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Your role

• Diagnose and repair returned or damaged units, including warranty repairs.

• Occasionally drive out to a customer when a repair has to happen on-site — most of your work stays at

the warehouse.

• Quality-check inbound goods and customer returns — decide what is restocked, refurbished, or

scrapped.

• Manage spare parts inventory and ship replacement parts for warranty cases.

• Support the customer service team with technical troubleshooting: clear guidance, photos, and videos

customers can actually follow.

• Improve assembly and repair documentation as you go.

What you bring

• Hands-on mechanical experience — technician, mechanic, assembler, or similar.

Pay and details

• $24.00–$29.00 per hour, depending on experience.
