Service Motor Company is hiring a service technician in Wisconsin. The role focuses on inspecting, maintaining and repairing agricultural, construction, and turf equipment, with emphasis on customer service at the dealership and on-site.

The chosen candidate will work first shift, receive a sign-on bonus, and participate in tool programs and a profit-sharing plan. Training is provided, with growth opportunities in a supportive team setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic knowledge of technical tools and diagnostics.
• Ability to read manuals and service documentation.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, repair, and set up equipment and attachments.
• Provide excellent customer service on-site and over the phone.
• Diagnose using EST and complete repairs to customer satisfaction.
• Document time and parts used for each service order.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and wear required PPE.
