Service Motor Company in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, is seeking a service technician to inspect, maintain, repair and set up agricultural, construction, and turf equipment and attachments, delivering exceptional customer service at the dealership and on-site.

You will train on brands such as Case IH, Kubota, and Gehl, join a family-oriented team, and benefit from a first-shift schedule, sign-on bonus, and tool programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with up to 1 year of related experience.
• Basic knowledge of relevant technology.
• Basic customer service skills.
• Ability to travel, including ability to drive a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Examines equipment and uses EST to locate and diagnose malfunctions.
• Dismantles equipment for repair using hand and power tools.
• Completes maintenance and repairs on equipment.
• Tests equipment and ensures repairs meet customer expectations.
• Maintains a safe and clean work area.
