Job summary

Boucher Dealerships of Janesville is hiring full-time Service Technicians to join our fast-paced service department. You will diagnose mechanical issues, test vehicle systems, and perform timely, high-quality repairs to meet manufacturer standards. You will communicate clearly with customers, stay current with industry standards, and follow OSHA safety guidelines.

You must use your own tools and pass a drug screen. Sign-on bonus with tool credits is offered to qualified applicants.

Qualifications

• Technicians with OEM experience encouraged to apply
• Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must pass a drug screening

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical issues and recommend repairs
• Test vehicle systems and components to ensure proper operation
• Perform timely, high-quality service and repairs according to manufacturer and dealership standards
• Communicate clearly with customers about their vehicle concerns and service options
• Stay current with industry standards by attending workshops and training
