Job summary

Findlay Automotive Group in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a technician (entry level) to perform oil changes, tire rotations and light maintenance. We provide hands-on training and a dedicated team to help you ramp up.

If you want to start a career in automotive service, we pay for manufacturer training and ASE testing upon completion, with a supportive environment and opportunities to grow into a Master Technician.

Qualifications

• Communication skills – communicates effectively with others.
• Must be 18 years of age with a valid Nevada State Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Time management – managing one’s own time and time of others.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Check and communicate oil level to teammates.
• Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary.
• Complete vehicle inspection.
• Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter.
• Clean and lubricate fittings as needed.
• More complex services will be added as you develop.
• Provide excellent customer service keeping in mind that our customer’s perspective comes first.
