Job summary

Findlay Volvo Cars Las Vegas is seeking an entry-level Technician to perform oil changes, tire rotations, and light maintenance. We provide hands-on training and a team of veteran technicians to help you ramp up.

Whether you are a recent graduate or trained independently, we invest in manufacturer training and ASE testing upon successful completion. This role offers growth within a supportive organization and a strong customer-focus environment.

Qualifications

• Communication skills to interact with teammates and customers.
• Must be 18+ with a valid Nevada driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills for scheduling and checks.

Responsibilities

• Check and communicate oil level to teammates.
• Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary.
• Complete vehicle inspection.
• Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter.
• Clean and lubricate fittings as needed.
• More complex services will be added as you develop.
• Providing excellent customer service keeping in mind that our customer’s perspective comes first.

This could be the start of a great career in the field of automotive service. We will provide you with hands-on training & a dedicated team of veteran Technicians who will assist you with your ramp up.

No matter whether you have graduated from an Automotive trade school or learned to work on vehicles in your personal time, if it is your goal to become a Master Technician, we will help you obtain it! We pay for all manufacturer training and all ASE testing as long as you pass.
