Job summary

Main Line Commercial Pools is the leading commercial pool contractor in the Mid-Atlantic with 40+ years of service and a growing field team. We seek a qualified Service Technician to perform maintenance, repairs, chemical balancing, and commissioning of pools and equipment at client sites.

You will install chemical systems, wire control lines (low voltage), startup pumps and filters, balance chemicals, and document work digitally using company software.

Qualifications

• Experience with pool chemical systems and water balance.
• Ability to run low-voltage control wiring and zone equipment.
• Proficiency in operating and servicing pool equipment.
• Strong communication and coordination with teams and clients.
• Comfort using digital reporting via company software/iPad.
• Knowledge of PVC sch 40/80 plumbing up to 14” diameter.
• Experience installing chemical tubing and fittings.

Summary

We are looking to expand and service field team with a qualified Service Technician. Individuals need to have previous pools servicing experience including maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities:

• Install Chemical Systems
• Install small equipment in filter room
• Run all control wiring between various equipment in filter room
• Program and Startup all pools, pumps, filters, accessory equipment
• Chemical Balance and monitor pool operation
• Basic cleaning of pools prior to turnover
• Warranty and service requests after project turnover

Qualifications

• Water Chemistry – Pool Chemical System
• ontrol wiring and equipment control wiring (no line voltage)
• Pool equipment operation and servicing
• Communication and coordination skills
• Documentation and reporting skills: All documentation is completed digitally via company provided iPad with construction software
• Construction knowledge requirements:
• PVC Plumbing knowledge: PVC sch 40 and 80 plumbing up to 14” diameter
• Chemical Tubing Installation

Location

• Service Division: 100% in field - 90% local projects, 10% travel projects
• Region of work is within 5hrs of our office with the average distance in the 2-3 hr range.
• Additional pay available for employees able to work full-time remote based.

Travel Projects

• Service Technician is paid from the time they pick up service vehicle and start route.
