Job summary

Lithia Subaru of Reno is hiring Service Technicians (Class C, Express 2) to perform repairs to Lithia and manufacturer standards. The role requires diagnosing issues, performing maintenance, and test-driving vehicles to ensure quality.

Full-time position in Reno, NV with competitive pay and opportunities to acquire and maintain ASE certifications. Applicants must have a valid driver's license and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Must have manufacturer training and can perform repairs independently in listed areas.
• Experience with Lube/maintenance, engine repair, suspension, brake, and A/C is preferred.
• Maintain ASE certifications by completing required training.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs per repair order following Lithia and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose malfunction causes and perform repairs accordingly.
• Record time spent on repairs using company clocking procedures.
• Test drive vehicles to verify repair quality and safety.

Lithia Subaru of Reno – L0038 Lithia Reno Subaru

• Pay: $22-$24 Per Flat Rate Hour
• Schedule: Full Time

What You'll Do

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose cause of malfunction.
• Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
• Accurately record time spent on repairs utilizing company time clocking procedures.
• Document work performed on repair order and test procedures/results.
• Ensure that customers' vehicles are returned as clean as they were prior to being serviced.
• Complete all required training.
• Acquire and maintain manufacturer and ASE certifications by completing the necessary required training.
• Participate in and utilize technical training as assigned by management.
• Review technical bulletins and other publications as assigned by management.
• Communicate constructively with dealership personnel to satisfy customer needs.
• Report to management any safety or integrity concerns.
