AVI Foodsystems is seeking an energetic and optimistic Team Member to join as a Service Technician (Call In) in Miami, FL. This role involves installing and servicing vending and merchandising equipment at client sites, educating users, and maintaining relationships to ensure reliable operations.

Expected duties include repairs, preventative maintenance, and parts coordination, with a focus on safety, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 21+ to operate a company vehicle.
• Experience repairing vending/merchandising equipment or small appliances.
• Able to pass DOT physical.
• Strong mechanical/technical aptitude.
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for team and customers.
• Valid driver's license (CDL not required) with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment.

• Install new equipment at client locations within a designated area
• Educate the client on how to effectively use new equipment
• Execute minor vending equipment repairs
• Remove outdated and unused equipment
• Test vending equipment to ensure proper function
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on vending and merchandising equipment
• Build and maintain client and customer relationships
• Order parts needed to complete repairs

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle
• Previous experience in the repair of automated vending and merchandising equipment or small appliances preferred
• Ability to pass the DOT Physical
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
• Technical ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and make appropriate repairs
• Excellent interpersonal skills for communicating with team members and customers
• Valid Driver's License (a CDL is NOT required) and a good driving record
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment when needed
