Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a field technician to coordinate installations, perform preventive maintenance, and service tasks across designated territories in the Nebraska area. You will build relationships with client accounts to support sales growth and provide technical support to district and regional managers as needed.

The role requires strong mechanical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the stamina to travel within the territory.

These products and services are offered because they provide our clients with consistent, high-quality results. We achieve this purpose through a highly motivated team, dedicated to unparalleled service, training and communication. This cannot be achieved without providing excellent service when needed.The perimeter of this territory includes Stuart, NE to Phillipsburg, KS and Lexington, NE to Wood River, NEEssential functions include:Coordinating and performing schedule installations, preventative maintenance and service according to CWD standardsBuild relationships with existing customer accounts in order to grow salesProvide additional technical support to District Sales and Regional managers as neededMaintain quality maintenance schedule within the territory, logging all activities for quality assurance purposesKnowledge, Skills, and Ability:Need strong mechanical skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with a wide array of personalitiesBe self-motivated and results oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a professional and timely mannerAbility to talk to customers about upgrade opportunities (soft sales)Education & Experience:High school education or GED is requiredDriver's license with safe driving history is requiredPhysical Requirements:Must be able to sit for long periods at a time for travel to work locationsMust able to lift up to 80 pounds on when performing maintenance or installationsMust be able to perform a multitude of physical activities (stand/walk/bend/squat/stoop/kneel) on a regular basis when performing maintenance or installations.
