Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a field technician to coordinate installations, perform preventive maintenance, and service tasks across designated territories in the Nebraska area. You will build relationships with client accounts to support sales growth and provide technical support to district and regional managers as needed.

The role requires strong mechanical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the stamina to travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform schedule installations, preventative maintenance and service per standards.
• Build relationships with existing customer accounts to grow sales.
• Provide additional technical support to District Sales and Regional managers as needed.
• Maintain quality maintenance schedule within the territory and log all activities for QA.
