Trek Retail Corporation is seeking a Service Technician at Trek Store Cambridge. You will troubleshoot repairs and service bikes, connect with customers, and gain hands-on experience with the latest models before they reach the sales floor.

We value hospitality, teamwork, and a proactive mindset. Prior mechanic experience isn’t required, as we provide training to help you grow in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service chops required.
• Willingness to learn and be trained.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
• Prior bike mechanic experience not required.

You’ll troubleshoot repairs and service all kinds of bikes, and you’ll be the first to have your hands on brand new models before they hit the sales floor.
