Clayton is seeking a Service Technician Apprentice to learn essential home repair skills while delivering exceptional customer service in Asheboro, NC. You will repair common service problems in offsite built housing and respond promptly to service calls, ensuring repairs are thorough and timely.

Responsibilities include general maintenance, completing service requests, coordinating with HX/Dispatch, acting as CX/VOC advocate for the model home center and region, supporting Welcome Home

Qualifications

Must be reliable with a strong work ethic and pride in work.
Strong time-management and prioritization skills are required.
Clear verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills; commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance to preserve property appearance and condition.
Complete service requests promptly and accurately.
Coordinate with HX/Dispatch for the role and schedule.
Serve as CX/VOC advocate for the model home center and region.
Support Welcome Home process and home orientation checklists.
Maintain the service van, equipment, and parts stock.
