Kahlig Auto Group's Bluebonnet Ford Lincoln is seeking a Service Technician Apprentice to start a hands-on path toward Ford technician certification.

Our in-house training program develops entry-level technicians into fully certified professionals in 2–3 years, with classroom and shop experience, competitive benefits, and a clear path for growth within Kahlig Auto Group.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of automobiles and diagnostic abilities.
• Effective analytical and communication skills and eagerness to improve.
• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications.
• Must be willing to work Saturdays.
• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
