Job summary

Ford of Boerne in Rosenberg is seeking a Master Tech Apprentice to join their team. As an apprentice, you will train under the guidance of a Senior Master Technician and gain hands-on experience that can lead to a rewarding career.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of mechanical experience.
• Solid understanding of general automotive repair and maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.

Master Tech Apprentice Automotive

As a Master Tech Apprentice, you’ll train alongside a Ford Senior Master Technician or start in our Quick Lane department (based on your current skill level). This is more than a job—it’s a career path with room to grow, learn, and lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform multi-point inspections on vehicles
• Assist and communicate with service advisors and Master Technicians on repair needs
• Rotate tires and check tire pressure
• Inspect and top off fluid levels
• Lubricate parts as required
• Drain and refill engine oil, replace filters
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive shop culture
• Pursue ongoing training and development opportunities
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of mechanical experience
• Solid understanding of general automotive repair and maintenance
• Valid driver’s license with ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
• A team player with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
