Job summary

Pegasus Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our property services team in Marietta, GA. You will perform repairs and maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building tasks while delivering strong customer service to residents.

We value a proactive, positive attitude, a professional appearance, and a willingness to learn. Drivers license and car are required; EPA/CPO certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and professional appearance
• Willingness to learn and positive attitude
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or related trades
• Driver's license and access to a car
• EPA certification and/or CPO preferred
• Heat pump experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair building systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC
• Perform pool maintenance and basic carpentry as needed
• Provide excellent customer service to residents
• Schedule and complete tasks safely and efficiently
• Maintain clean, safe common areas

Job Requirements

• Great Customer Service Skills

• Proficient in the areas of plumbing, painting, electrical, HVAC, pool maintenance, drywall, minor carpentry, or a skill set that shows an aptitude to learn these skills
