Job summary

Lion Real Estate Group is seeking a Service Manager to lead maintenance at Stone Creek at Old Farms in Houston, TX. You will supervise a maintenance team, coordinate with on-site staff, and drive timely responses to work orders to keep the community running smoothly.

The role emphasizes leadership, hands-on problem solving, and reliable service. A strong background in multi-unit property maintenance and EPA/HVAC certification is required, with a strong on-site presence and on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Manager or Lead Maintenance Technician.
• Prior apartment or property maintenance experience.
• EPA or HVAC certification required.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Leadership skills with a team-oriented mindset.
• Great communication and customer service attitude.
• A team player who’s ready to roll up their sleeves.
• Valid Driver's License and insured operable vehicle (Mileage Reimbursement offered).
