Position Details

• Service Technician – All Levels
• Class A (Level 3 Chrysler Technician): Pay Rate: $30.00 per flat rate hour & up depending on certification and experience. Experience Required: 3-4 years of dealership experience, no major gaps in employment.
• Class B & C (Experienced Technician): Pay Rate: $18.00 per flat rate hour & up depending on experience. Experience Required: Prior Technician experience, no major gaps in work history.

Responsibilities

• Perform automotive repairs and service according to store and factory standards.
• Diagnose and resolve automotive problems swiftly and accurately.
• Ensure safety requirements are met.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality.
• Accurately record work and time.
• Maintain tools and workspace.
• Complete required training and certifications.
• Communicate effectively with team and management.
• Maintain personal grooming and uniform standards.
• Adhere to work schedules and safety protocols.

Skills and Qualifications

• Attention to detail and sense of urgency.

• Manufacturer training and ability to perform repairs independently.
• Minimum of 3 ASE certifications, preferably Master Technician.
