Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order efficiently and in accordance with dealership standards
• Diagnose causes of malfunctions and perform repairs
• Document all work performed and recommended on the repair order
• Road test vehicles when required or refer to the test technician
• Examine assigned vehicles to determine if further safety or service work is needed or recommended
• Communicate with service advisor immediately if additional work is needed, if work outlined is not needed, or if repairs cannot be completed within the promised time

Requirements

• Strong teamwork skills
• Ability to perform diagnoses and repairs in all areas, with specialization in particular areas of repair
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screen & background check
• Must have a clean & valid driver's license
