Job summary

Jiffy Lube LLC. is hiring a Service Technician to help customers feel confident in the safety of their vehicles. You’ll be fully cross-trained to perform maintenance, inspections, and customer service, with the opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

No automotive experience is required—training is provided. A Driver's License is strongly preferred, and you’ll work on-site at various locations. Join a team that's focused on safety, quality work, and customer satisfaction.

• Ensure safety and cleanliness; follow OSHA and standards.

Position: Service Technician

As a Service Technician, you help customers feel confident in the safety of their vehicles. Our team members are fully cross‑trained to perform maintenance, inspections, and customer service.

What You'll Do

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires)
• Complete multi‑point inspections and maintain accurate records
• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields
• Support additional automotive services (engine, HVAC, electrical, transmission, suspension, etc.)
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards
• Participate in on‑site and online training
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work
• Perform other assigned duties

Preferred Qualifications

• Any level of automotive experience
• Valid Driver's License (strongly preferred)
• State Vehicle Inspector License (a plus)
• Customer service or sales experience
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Positive attitude and ability to multitask
