Job summary

Stream-Flo Industries in Beeville, TX is seeking a field service technician to install and maintain wellhead assemblies, deliver high-quality customer service, and represent the company on site.

You will prepare accurate field tickets and reports, maintain tools and inventory, perform safety analyses, and support on-location planning with customers. A valid driver’s license and independent work style are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Wellhead Services, equipment repair and maintenance experience.
• Service-oriented with strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute field service requirements such as installation and maintenance of wellhead while providing exceptional customer service and representing the Company in a positive manner.
• Prepare accurate field service tickets, job reports, and other documentation as required.
• Maintain assigned service unit, including tools and spare components inventory.
• Conduct job safety analysis and work as a safety leader while performing duties.
• May assist in developing job action planning with the customer on location.
• Promote and perform any field service sales and maintain a confident customer relationship.
• Provide customer property repair as required.
• Deliver, assemble, test, and paint wellhead assemblies.
