Job summary

Jiffy Lube in Phoenix is seeking a Service Technician. No automotive experience is required—we train you to perform maintenance, inspections, and customer service.

A Driver's License is strongly preferred but not required, and you will be fully cross-trained to support customers and vehicle safety. You will provide honest recommendations, perform oil changes and basic maintenance, complete inspections, and contribute to a clean, safe, and welcoming shop.

Responsibilities

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires)
• Complete multi-point inspections and maintain accurate records
• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards
• Participate in on-site and online training
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work
• Perform other assigned duties

What You'll Do
