Job summary

Jiffy Lube in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Service Technician to help customers feel confident in vehicle safety. Our team is fully cross-trained to perform maintenance, inspections, and customer service.

No automotive experience required; we train. A driver’s license is strongly preferred. You will perform oil changes, fluid checks, inspections, and support more advanced services while following safety standards.

• No automotive experience required. Training provided.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Willingness to learn with a growth mindset.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting 50+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines.
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires).
• Complete multi-point inspections and maintain accurate records.
• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields.
• Support additional automotive services (engine, HVAC, electrical, transmission, suspension, etc.).
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards.
• Participate in on-site and online training.
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep.
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work.

Position: Service Technician

What You'll Do
