Jiffy Lube - Premium Velocity Auto in Virginia Beach is seeking a Service Technician. No automotive experience is required as we provide comprehensive training.

You will help customers feel confident in vehicle safety by performing oil changes, inspections, and basic maintenance with a focus on safety and quality service. You will work in a fast-paced team that is fully cross-trained, with responsibilities spanning maintenance tasks, record-keeping, and customer interactions.

Premium Velocity Auto PVA / Jiffy Lube is looking for high‑energy, reliable, customer‑focused team players. If you communicate well, learn fast, and enjoy a fast‑paced environment, this is your chance to build a long‑term career -- no experience required!

A Driver's License is strongly preferred but not required.

Position: Service Technician

As a Service Technician, you help customers feel confident in the safety of their vehicles. Our team members are fully cross‑trained to perform maintenance, inspections, and customer service.

What You'll Do

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires)
• Complete multi‑point inspections and maintain accurate records
• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields
• Support additional automotive services (engine, HVAC, electrical, transmission, suspension, etc.)
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards
• Participate in on‑site and online training
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work
• Perform other assigned duties

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License (strongly preferred)
• State Vehicle Inspector License (a plus)
• Customer service or sales experience
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Positive attitude and ability to multitask
