Jiffy Lube - Premium Velocity Auto is hiring a Service Technician in Scottsdale, AZ. No automotive experience is required as comprehensive training is provided to ensure vehicle safety and quality service.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with cross-trained team members handling maintenance, inspections, and customer service. Strong emphasis on safety and growth opportunities within the company.

• Follow safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards.
• Participate in on-site and online training.
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and upkeep.
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work.
• Perform other assigned duties.

A Driver's License is strongly preferred but not required.

Position: Service Technician

As a Service Technician, you help customers feel confident in the safety of their vehicles. Our team members are fully cross‑trained to perform maintenance, inspections, and customer service.

What You'll Do

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires)
• Complete multi‑point inspections and maintain accurate records
• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields
• Support additional automotive services (engine, HVAC, electrical, transmission, suspension, etc.)
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards
• Participate in on‑site and online training
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work
• Perform other assigned duties

• Valid Driver's License (strongly preferred)
• State Vehicle Inspector License (a plus)
• Customer service or sales experience
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Positive attitude and ability to multitask
