Premium Velocity Auto PVA / Jiffy Lube is hiring a Service Technician in Chapel Hill, NC. No automotive experience is required as training is provided, and applicants with a valid driver’s license are preferred. The role covers oil changes, maintenance, inspections, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines.
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires).
• Complete multi‑point inspections and maintain accurate records.
• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields.
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards.
• Participate in on‑site and online training.
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep.
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work.
• Perform other assigned duties.

A Driver's License is strongly preferred, but not required.

As a Service Technician, you help customers feel confident in the safety of their vehicles. Our team members are fully cross-trained to perform maintenance, inspections, and customer service.

What You’ll Do

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires)
