Job summary

Jiffy Lube in Raleigh, NC is hiring a Service Technician. No automotive experience is required—we train. You will help customers feel confident about their vehicle safety by performing oil changes, basic maintenance, and inspections, while staying compliant with safety standards.

You’ll be cross-trained to handle maintenance and customer service, following OSHA guidelines. Strong communication and teamwork are valued, with growth opportunities and on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards.
• Participate in on-site and online training.
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep.
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work.

A Driver’s License is strongly preferred, but not required.

As a Service Technician, you help customers feel confident in the safety of their vehicles. Our team members are fully cross‑trained to perform maintenance, inspections, and customer service.

What You’ll Do

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires)
