Job summary

Morgan Properties is hiring a Service Technician for our 265-unit community in Fort Worth, TX. You’ll handle day-to-day maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances, respond to service tickets, and be the go-to person residents trust to get things fixed right.

Earn $22.00–$27.00 per hour base, plus a $1,500 sign-on bonus, up to 50% rent discount, $300 quarterly stipend, $15/day on-call pay, full medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, and generous holidays +

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
• Must live within 30 minutes of the property.
• At least 1 year of related maintenance experience.
• HVAC/EPA/CFC certification is a plus but not required.
