Job summary

Venture Solar in Youngstown, OH is seeking a Solar Service Technician to assist with repairing and maintaining roofing projects. The role requires hands-on carpentry, drywall, and rafters work, with a focus on safety and quality.

You will handle roofing repairs, install frames and structural elements, coordinate with inspectors, and ensure all tasks meet code. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs are required; hourly pay ranges from $20 to $25, up to $27 with solar experience,

Compensation

• $20.00-$25.00 per hour (Based on experience) With Solar Experience can go up to $27 an hour.
• Full time 40+ hours, overtime pay for over 40 hours in 1 week
