WHAT YOU’LL DO HERE

As a Lead Plumbing or HVAC Technician, you’ll be trusted to take ownership of your service calls from the moment you arrive until the job is complete.

You’ll:

• Fully diagnose residential plumbing or HVAC systems instead of stopping at the first obvious problem
• Identify the root cause and provide customers with the right long-term solutions
• Present clear repair and replacement options so customers can make informed decisions
• Perform high-quality repairs and service work
• Communicate clearly with customers, dispatch, management, and other technicians
• Document your work thoroughly with notes, photos, estimates, and invoices
• Follow company service processes and SOPs consistently
• Help troubleshoot difficult calls and support less-experienced technicians when needed
• Take ownership when a job gets complicated and work toward getting the customer taken care of
• Represent All Star Plumbing & Air with professionalism, confidence, and integrity

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for experienced service technicians who:

• Have strong residential plumbing or HVAC service experience
• Can diagnose beyond the obvious failure
• Are confident performing repairs within their trade
• Have strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
• Communicate well with homeowners
• Understand that being a great technician also means providing a great customer experience
• Take pride in clean, professional work
• Can follow established company processes
• Are comfortable using technology and service software
• Want to be part of a team instead of operating like a one-person company
• Have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Are willing to participate in an on-call rotation
