Innovative Air Solutions, Inc. in White Plains, NY, seeks a Lead Plumbing Service Technician to run residential service calls end-to-end, diagnose issues, explain options, complete repairs, and deliver a clean, low-stress experience for homeowners.

The role offers full-time, W-2 employment with benefits and an on-call rotation. Pay ranges from $35 to $50 per hour, with health/dental/vision options, PTO, and retirement plan options.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of plumbing service experience.
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
• Background check required by applicable law.
• Journeyman license/certification preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer communication.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues (primarily residential; occasional light commercial service as scheduled)
• Install fixtures, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure code compliance
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and document work in ServiceTitan (preferred)
• Maintain truck/stock organization and jobsite cleanliness
• Participate in an on-call rotation (details and frequency shared during interview)

As a Lead Plumbing Service Technician, you’ll run residential plumbing service calls end-to-end, diagnose, explain options, complete repairs/installations, and deliver a clean, low-stress experience for homeowners.

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues (primarily residential; occasional light commercial service as scheduled)
