Job summary

Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Wasilla is hiring Service Technicians. Pay ranges from $40.00 to $55.00 per flat rate hour with a $5,000 bonus paid out over 12 months depending on experience.

Used Car Technicians earn $25.00 to $35.00 per flat rate hour and receive a 90-day guarantee. We’re looking for professionals to diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns to Hyundai factory standards, perform advanced drivability and warranty repairs, and lead junior technicians when needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as an Automotive Technician.
• ASE certifications encouraged; company will support earning more.
• Valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns to factory standards.
• Perform advanced drivability, electrical, and warranty repairs.
• Lead junior technicians when needed.
• Complete routine maintenance services and multi-point inspections.
• Document work in compliance with factory and warranty requirements.
• Communicate with service advisors regarding diagnostics and timelines.
• Stay current with service technology and required factory training.
