Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a skilled Field Technician to analyze, review, and inspect findings to determine the source of problems. You will perform mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic service on products and coordinate problem resolution with engineering and customer service.

This role includes start-up/commissioning services or training for customers, quoting jobs when applicable, and supporting management on sales, field service, and warranty issues.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related field technician experience
• Strong technical background, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulics knowledge
• Professional communication of technical issues with customers
• Ability to document processes
• Proven ability to maintain relationships with customers
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver license
