Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Maintenance Technician to join our team of professionals. Maintenance mechanics are responsible for maintenance operations related to apartment home upkeep and turnovers.

This position also offers the opportunity to earn over $2K per year in commissions!

Daily Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular maintenance of residential apartment homes and other property areas, including building exteriors, interiors, and public spaces.
  • Handle small appliance, plumbing, electrical, and other repairs in apartment homes and around the property.
  • Respond to emergency calls as needed, following company policies for after-hour emergencies.
  • Perform additional duties as outlined in the job description.
Required Skills:
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
Position Requirements:
  • Minimum of one year experience in multifamily facilities or apartment maintenance (property management).
  • Experience with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • EPA certification is required.
  • Exceptional safety skills.
  • Possession of personal tools and a personal vehicle.
  • Willingness to work weekends as needed.
  • Ability to travel to other properties within the same region.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull over 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
  • Knowledge of equipment functions, appliances, and ladders.
