Qualifications

• Proficient troubleshooting to diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control issues.
• Experience in field service on vessels, marinas, and RV locations.
• Solid customer service skills for professional client interactions.
• Ability to read schematics and service manuals.
• Comfort working in marine environments, including confined spaces.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for service calls.
• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC/refrigeration/marine training preferred.
• Ability to lift and move equipment as required and adhere to safety protocols.

Role Description This full-time, on-site Service Technician role is based in the Miami–Fort Lauderdale Area. The Service Technician will install, maintain, and repair marine and RV air conditioning, refrigeration, and watermaker systems, following company standards and safety procedures. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing system issues, performing troubleshooting and field service calls, replacing components, and completing routine maintenance. The role also involves documenting work performed, coordinating with the service team and dispatch, and ensuring a professional customer experience during onboard visits and at company facilities.

Qualifications

• Strong Maintenance & Repair and Maintenance skills for HVAC, refrigeration, and related marine systems.
• Proficient Troubleshooting skills to diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control issues efficiently.
• Experience in Field Service, including on-site visits to vessels, marinas, and RV locations.
• Solid Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients and explain technical issues clearly.
• Basic electrical and mechanical aptitude; ability to read schematics and service manuals.
• Comfort working in marine environments, including confined spaces and varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; ability to travel locally for service calls.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in HVAC, refrigeration, or marine systems preferred.
• Ability to lift and move equipment as required and adhere to all safety protocols.
