Job summary

Liberty Mazda is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Technician to join our busy service department in Hartford, CT. You will diagnose and repair vehicles to factory standards while delivering outstanding customer service.

We offer a stable, well-established operation with modern facilities, ongoing training, and opportunities for career advancement within a supportive team environment. ASE certifications are a plus, and a clean driving record is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Automotive Service Technician.
• Ability to accurately diagnose and perform quality repairs.
• Clean and valid Driver’s License.
• ASE and manufacturer certifications are a plus.
• Pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Perform automotive repairs and services in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards
• Diagnose and address the cause of malfunctions
• Complete work efficiently and accurately, adhering to safety requirements
• Conduct road tests to ensure quality of repair work
• Maintain an inventory of necessary tools and equipment
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction
