Job summary

Della Auto Group is seeking certified technicians to join our team in a clean, temperature-controlled environment. We offer medical, dental, vision, Guardian benefits, life & disability coverage, PTO and a 401K with company match.

Responsibilities include performing repair orders, testing vehicles, diagnosing systems, communicating with the Service Advisor, and completing warranty repairs per manufacturer specs. We value teamwork and customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an auto technician.
• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies.
• Test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment; test drive vehicles.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems.
• Communicate with the Service Advisor to inform customers if additional service is needed; complete online multi-point inspection report.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies
• Test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment; test drive vehicles
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Complete online multi-point inspection report
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have at least2 years of experience as an auto technician
• Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
• Fast learner
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good customer service skills
• Team player
• Computer literate
• Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• Valid driver's license
