Job summary

Ferrellgas is seeking a dependable Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair propane systems for residential and commercial customers. You’ll respond to emergencies, perform safety testing, and ensure customers stay warm and safe.

Join a team delivering local routes and customer service excellence, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities. CDL-B with Hazmat/Tanker endorsements preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of related service or technical experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• CDL Class B with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements (preferred).
• Commitment to safety and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain propane systems for residential and commercial customers.
• Respond to emergency calls and ensure safety compliance.
• Safely load, transport, and deliver propane as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and sharing safety information.
• Assist with appliance service and deliveries when needed.

• Assist with appliance service and deliveries when needed based on customer demand

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required


• 3+ years of related service or technical experience preferred


• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record


• CDL Class B with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements (preferred)


• Strong commitment to safety and customer service


• Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States
