Job summary

Ferrellgas is seeking a dependable Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair propane systems for residential and commercial customers. You will respond to emergencies, perform safety tests, and ensure compliance while delivering propane on local routes.

The role emphasizes safety, strong customer service, and the ability to assist with appliance service and deliveries as needed. A clean driving record and valid CDL Class B are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of related service or technical experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• CDL Class B with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements preferred.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain propane systems for residential and commercial customers.
• Respond to emergency calls and perform safety testing and compliance.
• Safely load, transport, and deliver propane as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and share safety information; assist with appliance service and deliveries when needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• CDL Class B with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements (preferred)
• Strong commitment to safety and customer service

• Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States
