Job summary

Ferrellgas in the United States is seeking a dependable Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair propane systems for homes and businesses. You will respond to emergency calls, test systems for safety, and safely load and deliver propane while delivering excellent customer service. This role emphasizes strong safety practices and reliable, local service with opportunities to assist with appliance deliveries as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of related service or technical experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• CDL Class B with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements (preferred).
• Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, or have authorization to work in the United States.
• Applicants must not require sponsorship for an employment visa.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain propane systems and equipment for residential and commercial customers.
• Respond to emergency calls and perform system testing to ensure safety compliance.
• Safely load, transport, and deliver propane as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and sharing safety and service information.
• Assist with appliance service and deliveries when needed based on customer demand.

Starting Pay

Starting Pay: $28.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
