Job summary

Pohanka CDJR of Salisbury is seeking a Certified Master Technician to join our service team. We offer a temperature-controlled shop, a positive working environment, and a department with steady workflow to keep you challenged and engaged.

Responsibilities include diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle systems, testing components with diagnostic tools, and communicating with the Service Advisor about additional work.

Qualifications

• Master technician certification is required.
• Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies.
• Test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment; test drive vehicles.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems.
• Communicate with the Service Advisor about additional service needs and complete online multi-point inspections.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies
• Test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment; test drive vehicles
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Complete online multi-point inspection report
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
