Lithia Toyota of Redding is hiring Service Technicians who take pride in quality work and are ready to grow their career with one of the nation’s respected dealership groups.

Whether ASE certified or aiming to advance, you’ll work with a supportive team, diagnose and repair vehicles, and use modern diagnostic tools while keeping up with new technology through training and certifications.

Qualifications

• ASE Certifications required.
• Detail-oriented with strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair different vehicle systems (engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, electrical, A/C, etc.).
• Perform high-quality vehicle maintenance and multi-point inspections.
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Communicate findings and repair needs to service advisors and customers.
• Stay current with new technology through training and certification opportunities.

• Schedule: Monday - Saturday 7am - 6pm, closed on Sundays. Requires Flexible Scheduling

The Annual Estimated Earnings Range is: $60,000 - $120,000

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job‑related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
